We carefully package all crystal lamps and lighting products to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Damage Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or broken during shipping , we take full responsibility .

  • We will replace the damaged item or issue a full refund

  • We will cover the cost of the item and all shipping charges

  • There will be no additional cost to you

 Important:
To be eligible for this guarantee, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging and outer shipping box

Claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for free replacement or refund.

Returns Policy (30 Days)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled , and in the same condition as received

  • The item is returned in its original packaging , including all protective materials

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the fragile nature of crystal lamps and lighting products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to installation, misuse, or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Custom-made or personalized lighting items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days .

Exchanges

We only replace items that are damaged during shipping or arrive defective .
Please contact us before returning any item.

Return Shipping

  • For shipping damage or our error, we cover all return and shipping costs

  • For other eligible returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for returns.
